Background

Throughout her career, Brooke has worked at the intersection of healthcare operations and technology — leading teams, navigating complex organizational challenges, partnering with healthcare leaders, and helping turn strategic priorities into execution.

She founded BNH HealthTech Strategy to bring that experience to organizations that need an experienced healthcare perspective, strategic thought partnership, or practical support moving important work forward.

Brooke currently serves as a Regional Vice President, Client Programs at a healthcare technology company, where she leads client program strategy, operational frameworks, cross-functional collaboration, and enterprise client initiatives.

Why BNH

Strategy is only valuable when it works in the real world.

Brooke's career has been shaped by a practical approach to healthcare leadership: understand the problem, create clarity, build a thoughtful plan, and help teams move forward.

BNH was created to make that experience available to organizations that need strategic perspective, operational expertise, or experienced support moving important work forward — without the overhead of a large consulting engagement.

Beyond the Work

Outside of healthcare and healthtech strategy, Brooke is passionate about connecting women in healthcare, mentoring emerging leaders, and building meaningful professional communities. She believes some of the best opportunities come from simply being willing to have the conversation. When she's not working, you'll usually find her spending time with her family, cheering from the sidelines, or finding her next project to take on.

Let's talk about what you're working on.

Whether you have a specific challenge in mind or just want to explore whether BNH is the right fit, the best place to start is a conversation.
